Let me first say that being first time homebuyers we would have been completely lost without Veronica! We found out that our rental home was going to be sold and we had only 60 days to be out. Being that it takes around 45 days to close on a home we only had weeks to find a new home. I contacted Veronica in a panic and she jumped in immediately. We didn't know exactly what location we wanted to be in so our search range was very broad. Veronica was so knowledgeable and knew which houses to avoid and which showed promise. She gave up so much of her time for us as we toured almost 20 homes in two weeks. She knew what we needed better than we did it seemed and she encouraged us not to settle even though the prospects seemed thin. On our 19th viewing we finally found the "perfect for us" house! Veronica was extremely helpful when we ended up in a multiple offer situation and thanks to her quick thinking the sellers took our offer. We have now been in our home for almost 3 months and couldn't be happier. Veronica is professional, kind, and knows the business. She would be an asset to anyone who chooses her as their realtor. We contacted Veronica after talking with friends and having them highly recommended her to us. We were first time home buyers who didn't know the process involved in purchasing, and Veronica was very thorough in explaining that. She was great with meeting us around our odd work schedules, and when we did meet, she answered any questions we may have had and also listened to what we were looking for in a home. A few days after meeting with her, I received an email of a new listing she thought we should check out, and we ended up putting an offer in and having it accepted the next day! She was very straightforward with the step by step process of what was to be done next. During our home inspection, our inspector made mention to my fiance that Veronica is one of the only agents he's seen actually come put for the inspection instesd of just reading a completed report. Yesterday we closed on our first home, which wouldn't have been possible without her help. Bonus: the previous owners were going over pool care with us, and veronica listened as well and wrote everything down for us on a sheet to look back on for when it comes time to care for it!
